How to use:
DO NOT REFREEZE THE PRODUCT AFTER DEFROSTING IT
To use the mixture, remove it from the freezer and refrigerate it to a temperature of +4ºC.
How to use:
1) Open the package and place the whole blend in the batch freezer. Once the package is opened, the blend must be consumed quickly in one solution. The thawed blend inside the unopened carton must be kept in the refrigerator at a temperature of +4 ºC for a maximum of 24 hours.
2) Wait 10-15* minutes to make the gelato. The gelato produced with the blend must remain at a temperature of -16ºC
